About HitsLink

HitsLink allows you to view graphical website traffic statistics right on your Dashboard page, including:

• where your visitors are coming from,
• which pages are the most popular,
• how many page views you get,
• and much more!

This information helps you learn more about your typical visitor, where they're coming from, what pages are most popular, and how to get the most out of your marketing campaigns.

You can also login to your account on HitsLink.com for more detailed stats and reports.

Fees

A basic HitsLink account is included FREE with your website. If you decide to upgrade to the Pro or Enterprise membership, you also get 25% off your monthly fee. Monthly fees are based on the prior month's volume and which statistics package you choose. Click here to view discounted HitsLink fees.

Signing Up

If you see a map on your Dashboard page, you already have a HitsLink account! You can select a variety of report types from the drop down menu below the map. Note that if your graph is blank, not enough data has been collected from your website yet. To adjust which pages are tracked by HitsLink, click 'Settings' within the HitsLink area on your Dashboard page.

If you see 'Click here for FREE Website Statistics' in the HitsLink area of your Dashboard page, click to set up your free HitsLink account. You'll then need to select which pages you'd like tracked. You can always adjust these settings by clicking 'Settings' within the HitsLink area on your Dashboard page.

NOTE: Each website must have its own individual HitsLink account. Make sure to adjust your HitsLink settings whenever you add a new page to your site that you want tracked.

 

Viewing Your Statistics

Basic statistics are viewable right from your Dashboard page:

1. If you have more than one website, use the drop down menu to select which website's stats you'd like to view.
2. Select the type of report you'd like to run from the drop down menu..
3. Select the date range of the statistics you'd like to view.
4. Click 'Run'.

You can also choose to view your stats on the HitsLink site for more detailed information. Just click 'Login' within the HitsLink area on your Dashboard page.
